Minimum Order
The minimum on first orders are $200. No minimum on reorders. $1000 minimum on international order.

First Order
The first order must go out either COD, proforma, or credit card. Net 30 Terms will be given after credit references have been submitted and approved. Accounts are considered past due after 30 days. Past due accounts will be charged a 2% monthly charge. Promotional offers and Net 30 terms are void if invoice is not paid within terms.

Lead Time
Generally we ship within 3-days on small orders and two weeks on orders of 25 fountains or more. During peak seasons our ship time varies. We suggest you place your orders as early as possible. We can not guarantee orders not placed in advance.

Shipping Policy
We ship all merchandise UPS, FOB Vancouver, WA. There will be a special handling fee of 7% on any merchandise shipped via an alternate freight company. Orders can be rushed for a 10% rush charge and will be shipped out the same day or following day.We provide drop shipping for an additional $6 charge per drop shipment.We must pass along any address correction charges we incur from our carriers: RPS/UPS ($5) FedEx ($10).

Pump Policy
Our pumps are warranted for one year from purchase date against manufacturer's defects. Customer must provide receipt for proof of purchase date. We cannot guarantee replacements on pumps that have been abused or enhanced by the customer. We will invoice and charge for the shipping of the new pump and will credit your account when defective pump is returned. However, if pump has been burned out (operated without water) or stopped working due to improper maintenance, credit will be denied.

Claims & Returned Merchandise
Claims: All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Save original packaging for all returns.
Returns:Items must be unused, in its original packaging and sent prepaid. Credit will not be issued for items received broken or damaged due to customers' improper care or packaging. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return Authorization Number is require for ALL returns. Please call or fax with invoice number referenced and reason for return in order to obtain RA Number. Shipments without RA number referenced on outside of carton will be refused.
